Week 5 of my 365 Project
/365: When we lived in North Carolina the boys fell in love with this cajun restaurant. They were disappointed to realize coming back to central Wisconsin we wouldn't have that kind of food just up the road anymore. Then a new cajun restuarnt moved in downtown, so we had to try it out. It was goooood.
/365: Sometimes shooting daily in winter is hard. The days are short and it is too cold to enjoy being outside through most of the winter. So sometimes we get home and I realize I need a photo of the day. So we play in the driveway or the dead end road in front of the house just until our finger tips get to cold and we both make a run for the house.
/365: The snow kept coming and we kept shoveling
/365: Our timing in the morning is hard. Your oldest brother has to be to school first and much earlier. We then have 40 minutes between dropping him off and when you two can get dropped off at school. It is about a ten minute drive between home and schools. It doesn’t seem that bad until I was driving back and forth and never having enough time for anything. So now we pack a little snack, or sometimes stop for a breakfast treat, and head over close to school. When it was warmer we would play at the park near school, but now the mornings are bitter cold, so we stay in the van, we talk or watch a movie. Sometimes it’s soothing to not feel rushed, and sometimes you two are certain you can’t make it through the boredom.
/365: You are a mess when you eat. Doesn't matter if we are home or out, you eat with a flare that is all your own and one I don't think you will grow out of anytime soon.
/365: My fish. Sometimes there are no words. Just your sweet face and a gentle reminder how fast time is flying by me.
/365: In all this time we have never bought the original twin pop popsicles. The excitement when you both realized you got two popsicles was the best. The simple pleasures or two popcicles and pretend vampire teeth.
