Your Love Story Deserves the Perfect Capture
As a Wausau, Wisconsin engagement photographer, I've had the privilege of being part of countless love stories, each unique and special in its own way. Choosing the right engagement photographer is a crucial step in preserving your love story's beauty, and it's a decision that shouldn't be taken lightly. With so many talented photographers out there, it's essential to ask the right questions and look for specific qualities to ensure you find the perfect fit for your needs.
Questions to Ask:
Can I see your portfolio? - Reviewing a photographer's portfolio is a great way to get a sense of their style and creativity. Ensure it resonates with your vision.
What is your experience with engagement sessions? - Experience matters, and an experienced engagement photographer knows how to capture the unique moments and emotions that make your session special.
What's your approach to photography? - Understanding a photographer's approach can help you determine if it aligns with your vision. Do they favor candid, natural shots, or posed and stylized images?
Do you help pick the location for the session? - A photographer familiar with local settings can suggest beautiful and unique locations that suit your style.
Do you help coordinate what we should wear for the engagement session? Do you have a client closet?- A photographer who specializes in styling is going to bring their expertise and elevate the look of your photos by making sure you look great and your outfits flow effortlessly.
Do you offer digital and high quality print products? - Having the best of both worlds is great! And you want high quality, heirloom products that will stand the test of time.
Do you have previous client reviews? - Seeing what previous clients said about their session can give you insights into their experience.
