    Those first days can be a blur. Your baby may need feeding, changing, or time in your arms, and that’s exactly how an in-home session works. I’ll gently guide your family when you need it and make photographs of the little details and connections you’ll want to remember. There’s something truly beautiful about capturing memories where you brought baby home, in the home you’re making your memories.

Newborn photos were wonderful, as well. She was patient when baby needed breaks, didn't try to contort the baby into a bunch of bendy positions, and from the photos, you couldn't even tell that he was having a fussy afternoon.

  • This session fee does not include any digital images or products. Digitals and products purchased separately.

  • Wall art begins at $600, Albums start at $1900, and Signature & Digital Collections begin at $1900.There’s something for everyone. Pre-payment plans and financing options are available.

ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS I HEAR OFTEN

  • Even if you think you're awkward in front of the camera, I’ll guide you every step of the way so your photos look natural, effortless, and full of emotion. My clients rave about how easy and fun sessions are and they love how natural they look!

  • I firmly believe that the decision of whether and where your photos are shared should be entirely yours. Your photos are a reflection of your story and I want you to feel comfortable and in control every step of the way.

    I provide my clients with the option to choose their level of privacy and the extent of photo sharing. Many of my clients are excited to share their photos. Some clients do choose to keep their photos entirely private. Others choosing certain images or ones where they are anonymous. I respect and support any choice equally.

  • To be totally honest, most of my clients utilize my AMAZING Client Closet - 99% of what you see women wearing in our images belong to the studio!!! I have amazing selection of outfits that are perfect for post partum. I even have some classic newborn outfits. You are more than welcome to wear something of your own; my Style Guide has my tips, color pallets for easy coordinating, and so much more! I am always here for ideas as well to help coordinate you all!

  • Clients LOVE my quick turn around time. You'll have any digitals you purchase as early as just DAYS after your session! And most products like albums or wall art in 2 weeks or less.

  • I do not put a hard time limit on sessions. I never want you distracted by time or worried we are running out of it. But for planning purposes I understand it’s nice to have an estimate. Usually newborn sessions are 1-2 hours. We move at baby’s pace, stopping if baby needs a break, changing, or feeding.

  • Schedule newborn photos for 2-14 days after your due date. This window tends to be perfect for newborn photos because babies are extra snuggly, sleepy, and curled up; making those timeless newborn images effortless and natural. We can also capture those details that are distinctly newborn features and characteristics that tend to change by around the 1 month mark.

    Since babies come on their own timeline, your session date is flexible. I leave room in my calendar in case we need to adjust our date based on when they arrive. Once your little one arrives, we touch base and evaluate if our original date still works or if we need to shift it slightly. We find the perfect day and time.

  • I only offer in-home newborn sessions. My approach is capturing life as it is now with a newborn. The best place to do that is in your home. There’s no packing everyone up or worried you forgot something. Everything you need for baby is at your fingertips. It’s also a great opportunity to skin to skin photos in the comfort of your own home.

  • I accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal Credit, Paypal Later, Affirm Virtual Card.

    I also know that this experience is an investment and therefore I offer several different payment plan options.

    Option 1: In house, no interest, pre-payment payment plans. You can split up the cost of any products or collections with our interest free in-house payment plan and make monthly, weekly, or bi-weekly payments leading up to our session.

    Option 2: Or you can get financing through one of our payment plan companies: Paypal Credit.

  • No. We’ll look for the rooms with good light and simply move things out of the frame if we need to. Please don’t spend the days before your session worrying about whether your whole house looks photo ready.

    Usually we are using the primary bed, the nursery area, and close to window with great natural light.
